Retreading facility
The main part of our company is a retreading facility in which our team, by the method of cold retreading, converts old tires, which meet certain criteria, into new ones. Each of our clients has the opportunity to make sure that all the prerequisites for returning the old tire to the road or in the industrial process are met.
The ECE 109 E1 certificate (E1 mark stands for Germany), issued by an independent laboratory in Germany, guarantees the quality of our tires and enables export to the EU. We nurture long-term business partnerships with customers and suppliers, which are based on trust and quality.

Repurchase of the carcass
We buy used truck and bus tires with a preserved base. The load-bearing structure of the tire is usually much more durable than the tread, so this is the main reason why retreading developed as a method for tire renewal process.
A worn tire instead of being discarded, if the load-bearing structure is preserved, can be retreaded and reused.
Vulcanization
Vulcanization is a chemical-technical process patented by Thomas Hancock (an engineer from Great Britain) and developed in 1839 by Charles Goodyear. It signifies the conversion of rubber, under the influence of pressure and temperature, into material resistant to chemical and atmospheric influences, and mechanical stresses.
The advantages of vulcanized rubber are:

Vulcanization of tires does not affect the possibilities of recycling because in addition to the place for disposal of tires, there are also safe ways of recycling by which old tires are converted into fuel.

Oil and oil filter change
Engine oil lubricates and protects the engine, thus increasing its durability and ensuring optimal performance. The oil must perform its lubrication task reliably and therefore the oil should be changed once a year, and it is important to use the oil recommended by the manufacturer of your vehicle.
